Lego's in Motion

Abstract: The Lego Mindstorm allows for the implementation of programming via various languages in order to accomplish different goals and developer tasks. The goal of this project is to create a system to allow the infrared tower to communicate with the RCX brick hardware. Communication occurs through two programs, developed in Java and Lejos, which are loaded onto the remote PC and RCX brick respectively. The connection between the two will occur by enabling an infrared tower to send and receive commands from the PC to the RCX brick, allowing the user to command the device with the simple press of a button.
